This is for those that haven't seen the 16 baby pandas. SICHUAN , China -- One zoo in southwest China has its hands full with 16 baby pandas.

The Sichuan Wolong Panda Protection and Breed Center is dealing with the results of a breeding boom -- 16 pandas have been born since July, 2006. The brood includes five sets of twins. The cubs are weighed and measured every five days (see pics)

The heaviest tips the scale at just over 24 pounds, while the lightest weighs about 11 pounds. The pandas are due to stop suckling by February 2007, just about the time they'll start learning to walk. Once weaned, the panda cubs will attend panda kindergarten. In the meantime, more little ones are expected at the center since 38 giant pandas were artificially impregnated.

There will always be those fattening foods that are easy to make, easy to get, and easy to crave. You think 'OK, I know this is bad but it can't be that bad!' Think again. Here are the top seven foods you should never ever feed your family or yourself!

1.Doughnuts

It's hard to resist the smell of a Krispy Kreme doughnut, which is why I never step foot in the store. Doughnuts are fried chock-full of sugar and white flour and loads of trans fat. According to the Krispy Kreme website, an average 3.5 ounce sugar doughnut weighs in with about 400 calories and contains few other nutrients besides fat. These sugary treats may satisfy your craving but it won't satisfy your hunger as most of the calories come from fat. 'Eating a lot of refined sugar contributes to blood sugar 'swings' or extreme fluctuations,' eDiets Chief Nutritionist Susan Burke said.

2. Cheeseburger with fries

The age-old classic may be delicious but think twice before sinking your teeth into that Big Mac. The saturated fat found in cheese burgers has been linked to heart attacks, strokes and some types of cancer.. 'In fact, fast-food portions are gargantuan, almost double the calories per meal compared to 20 years ago,' Susan says. 'Twenty years ago the average fast-food cheeseburger had about 300 calories. Today's BK Whopper with cheese has 720. To burn the excess 420 calories, you'd have to run for 40 minutes. For example, in 1985 a medium French fry had 240 calories, 2.4 ounces. Today's 'medium' is 6.9 ounces and 610 calories. 'This fast-food meal of cheeseburger and fries has way too many calories and fat grams, not to mention grams of saturated fat, trans fat and cholesterol and sodium.' Let's break down this meal. First, take the white-flour bun (refined carbohydrates) , then add some processed cheese (saturated fat and trans fat, plus lots of additives and preservatives) and then top off with fried red meat (cholesterol and saturated fats). And let's not forget about the condiments such as the always fattening mayonnaise. Not sounding so appetizing anymore, huh? Oh, and let's not forget about the infamous side dish. You cheeseburger will most likely come with a side of French fries, which is sadly the most popular vegetable dish in the U.S. Don't kid yourself, French fries are not vegetables, they are extremely high in fat and contain a tiny amount of nutrients.

3. Fried Chicken and Chicken Nuggets

With the recent class-action lawsuit between The Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) and KFC, the health risks posed by fried foods are becoming more public. The CSPI is suing the food chain for their use of cooking oil containing unhealthy trans fats. The lawsuit seeks to order KFC to use other types of cooking oils and to inform customers how much trans fats KFC's food contains. Foods cooked in highly heated oils (most notably partially hydrogenated oil) have been known to cause cancer, weight gain and other serious health risks if ingested regularly. A 10-piece chicken McNugget from McDonald's has 420 calories, 24 grams of fat and 1120 milligrams of sodium. One Extra Crispy Chicken Breast from KFC has around 420 calories and eight grams of saturated fat. So unless you want to super size yourself, it's best to make a clean break with fried foods.

4. Oscar Mayer's Lunchables

Sure they are convenient and easy, but boy are they unhealthy! These kid-marketed lunches are loaded with saturated fat and sodium. They usually contain highly processed meats and cheeses, white flour crackers and sugary treats. Lunchables get two-thirds of their calories from fat and sugar. And they provide lopsided nutrition since they contain no fruits or vegetables. 'They insidiously promote obesity by making kids think that lunch normally comes in a cellophane-wrapped box,' Susan says. 'Parents are promoting their children's obesity by buying these items. They're expensive, too. Pack a sandwich and save dollars and health.'

5. Sugary Cereal

Not all cereals are created equally. And while your kids might beg for the latest cookie or marshmallow chocolate surprise cereals, it is a safe bet they are about as healthy as a dessert. Keywords to look out for are puffed, dyed and sweetened. Most kids' cereals are so highly processed they no longer look like the grains they were originally made from. A healthy alternative is oatmeal. Although, if you are buying pre-packaged oatmeal make sure to check the label and see how much sugar it contains, you might be surprised.. 'A little sugar isn't a problem but when the first ingredient on the box is sugar, then watch out,' she said. 'There is no fruit in Froot Loops. But the unsweetened original Cheerios or Rice Krispies are fine, and you can sweeten them naturally with blueberries and strawberries.'

6. Processed Meats.

What falls under the category of processed meats? Hot dogs, sausage, jerky, bacon, certain lunch meats and meats used in canned soup products. Almost all processed meats have sodium nitrite added as a preservative. A recent study conducted at the University of Hawaii found that sodium nitrite can act as 'a precursor to highly carcinogenic nitrosamines -- potent cancer-causing chem! icals th a t accelerate the formation and growth of cancer cells throughout the body.' So eliminate these meats from your diet before they eliminate you!

7. Canned soup.

Sometimes regarded as a healthy food, soups can be very deceiving. You must stay on your guard because many canned soups have high levels of trans fats, sodium and artificial preservatives such as MSG. Just one serving (which is roughly one cup) can have almost 1,000 milligrams of salt. Also, steer clear of soups that are cream-based, they can be high in calories and fat. Susan says it is important to 'read labels from back to front. Ignore the health claims, and instead focus on the ingredients and serving size. Watch out for hydrogenated fat (trans fat) and sodium. If you're buying bread to go with you soup, the first ingredient should be whole grain -- either whole wheat, rye or other grain. If it just says 'wheat bread,' that doesn't mean whole wheat.' We all want our family to be healthy and happy, so steer clear of these foods. Think it's difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle? Think again!

Ah Beng is a bus driver; one day got this old folks home 'pao' his bus for a day trip to Pulau Ketam.

Sitting right behind the driver's seat is Grandma Sue and from his rear mirror Ah Beng can see that Grandma Sue is happily munching away.

In the middle of the road trip, Grandma Sue tapped Ah Beng on his shoulder and asked him...

Grandma: 'Ah Beng ah! You want peanuts boh? Grandma treat you eat peanut ai mai?'Ah Beng: 'Tenkiu ah ma... yes I want!'

Looking like giant leaves floating in the sea thousands of Golden Rays are seen here gathering off the coast of Mexico
The spectacular scene was captured as the magnificent creatures made one of their biannual mass migrations to more agreeable waters.
Gliding silently beneath the waves they turned vast areas of blue water to gold off the northern tip of the Yucatan Peninsula .
Sandra Critelli, an amateur photographer, stumbled across the phenomenon while looking for whale sharks.
She said: 'It was an unreal image, very difficult to describe. The surface of the water was covered by warm and different shades of gold and looked like a bed of autumn leaves gently moved by the wind.

'It's hard to say exactly how many there were but in the range of a few thousand.

'We were surrounded by them without seeing the edge of the school and we could see many under the water surface too.
'I feel very fortunate I was there in the right place at the right time to experienced nature at his best.' Measuring up to 7ft (2.1 meters) from wing-tip to wing-tip, Golden rays are also more prosaically known as cow nose rays.

They have long, pointed pectoral fins that separate into two lobes in front of their high-domed heads and give them a cow-like appearance.
Despite having poisonous stingers they are known to be shy and non-threatening when in large schools.
The population in the Gulf of Mexico migrates, in schools of as many as 10,000, clockwise from western Florida to the Yucatan

Do you know WHAT LOVE IS ?..................

An incredible love story has come out of China recently and managed to touch the world.
It is a story of a man and an older woman who ran off to live and love each other in peace for over half a century.

The 70-year-old Chinese man who hand-carved over 6,000 stairs up a mountain for his 80-year-old wife has passed away in the cave which has been the couple's home for the last 50 years.

Over 50 years ago, Liu Guojiang a 19 year-old boy, fell in love with a 29 year-old widowed mother named Xu Chaoqin..

In a twist worthy of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, friends and relatives criticized the relationship because of the age difference and the fact that Xu already had children.

At that time, it was unacceptable and immoral for a young man to love an older woman.. To avoid the market gossip and the scorn of their communities, the couple decided to elope and lived in a cave in Jiangjin County in Southern ChongQing Municipality.

In the beginning, life was harsh as hey had nothing, no electricity or even food. They had to eat grass and roots they found in the mountain, and Liu made a kerosene lamp that they used to light up their lives.
Xu felt that she had tied Liu down and repeatedly asked him, 'Are you regretful? Liu always replied, 'As long as we are industrious, life will improve.'
In the second year of living in the mountain, Liu began and continued for over 50 years, to hand-carve the steps so that his wife could get down the mountain easily.
Half a century later in 2001, a group of adventurers were exploring the forest and were surprised to find the elderly couple and the over 6,000 hand-carved steps. Liu MingSheng, one of their seven children said, 'My parents loved each other so much, they have lived in seclusion for over 50 years and never been apart a single day. He hand carved more than 6,000 steps over the years for my mother's convenience, although she doesn't go down the mountain that much.'

The couple had lived in peace for over 50 years until last week. Liu, now 72 years, returned from his daily farm work and collapsed. Xu sat and prayed with her husband as he passed away in her arms. So in love with Xu, was Liu, that no one was able to release the grip he had on his wife's hand even after he had passed away.

'You promised me you'll take care of me, you'll always be with me until the day I died, now you left before me, how am I going to live without you?'
Xu spent days softly repeating this sentence and touching her husband's black coffin with tears rolling down her cheeks.
In 2006, their story became one of the top 10 love stories from China , collected by the Chinese Women Weekly. The local government has decided to preserve the love ladder and the place they lived as a museum, so this love story can live forever.

Meet Dave is a 2008 American family comedy, directed by Brian Robbins and starring Eddie Murphy. The film was co-written by Bill Corbett (formerly of Mystery Science Theater 3000 fame) and Rob Greenberg.The film was released by 20th Century Fox on July 11, 2008.

Plot

In a New York City apartment a young boy named Josh Morrison (Austin Lynd Myers) watches through his telescope an approaching object coming from the sky. It is a baseball-sized metal ball which flies through the window of his room. He keeps it and shows it at school in a science class presentation. Some months later, on Liberty Island a massive fireball crash lands. The fireball is actually a Human sized spaceship (Eddie Murphy). It is controlled by 100 aliens, each one inch tall. Its captain (also played by Murphy and looking like Dave) pilots the spaceship along with his crew from inside its head. For people the spaceship seems fairly human, but odd and with superpowers. A superstitious cop named Officer Dooley (Scott Caan) and is desperately searching for the ship.

The aliens are seeking a way to save their planet, Nil, from an energy crisis. For that they need salt, which they plan to produce by draining the Earth's Oceans using the metal ball, so they have to recover it. Through a car accident in which the spaceship is hit by the car of Josh's single mother Gina Morrison (Elizabeth Banks), the spaceship befriends Gina and Josh, telling them it's name is Dave MingChang and sees the ball on a photograph. Josh tells him that is was taken from him by a bully. Directed to him by Josh, Dave takes the metal ball back from the bully.
The Captain spends time with Josh and Gina, and realizes that humans are more advanced than they thought, having feelings and love. He decides to cancel the plan of draining the oceans, because of the damage to the Earth. Number 2 (the second in command on the spaceship) disagrees, takes over command, and imprisons the captain (Number 1). Commander Number 3 (Gabrielle Union) is secretly in love with Number 1 and becomes jealous of Gina. She first cooperates in the change of command, but later agrees with Number 1. Number 1 and Number 3 are both expelled from the spaceship, but manage to reenter it and convince the crew that the captain should become in charge again. In the meantime one crew member, Number 17 (Kevin Hart) drunk from the alcoholic drink Dave has taken, takes a pretty female crew member and jumps out. Meanwhile, The Number 1 apologizes to Number 3 for ignoring her. He admits that he does love her and wants to be with her. Back at the police station, Dooley discovers Number 17 in his coffee and steals him to find out information from him.

The police knows from the impression of Dave's face in the dirt on the crash site what he looks like, and they arrest him for investigation. Dave breaks out, and the police try to arrest him again. Josh is at the scene and recharges Dave, who runs out of power, using a taser he takes from a police officer. The ball, thrown in the ocean by Number 2, is retracted. The captain orders Number 2 to be stuck in the ship's "butt" forever. The crew member who is with the police officer is allowed to enter Dave, and its rocket powered shoe with all crew leaves Earth. While in the ship, the Captain tells Number 3 that he will need a new "Number 2" and they kiss. During the end credits, the aliens dance to Shining Star by Earth, Wind and Fire.

啤酒含有丰富的糖类、维生素、氨基酸、无机盐和多种微量元素等营养成分，称为“液体面包”，适量饮用，对散热解暑、增进食欲、促进消化和消除疲劳均有一定效果。但近年的医学研究发现，如果人们长期大量饮用啤酒，会对身体造成损害，专家称之为“啤酒病”。

☆ 啤酒心：
在酒类饮料中，啤酒的酒精含量最少，一升啤酒的酒精含量相当于一两多白酒的酒精含量，所以许多人把啤酒当作消暑饮料。但如果无节制地滥饮，体内累积的酒精就会损坏肝功能，增加肾脏的负担，心肌组织也会出现脂肪细胞浸润，使心肌功能减弱，引起心动过速；加上过量液体使血循环量增多而增加心脏负担，致使心肌肥厚、心室体积扩大，形成“啤酒心”。长此以往可致心力衰竭、心律紊乱等。

☆ 啤酒肚：
由于啤酒营养丰富、产热量大，长期大量饮用会造成体内脂肪堆积，致使大腹便便，形成“啤酒肚”。
病人常伴有血脂、血压升高。

☆ 结石和痛风：

中秋佳节将至，味道香甜、象征合家团圆的月饼又现身百姓餐桌。中国农业大学食品学院副教授范志红在接受记者采访时提醒市民，吃月饼要讲究科学，饮食宜清淡。

营养专家范志红介绍，月饼是一种点心，月饼皮由面粉、糖、食用油等制成；月饼馅料南方有肉、蛋黄等，脂肪更高一些；传统月饼像豆沙、莲蓉月饼含淀粉、糖会多一些。因此，月饼更加靠近主食，吃了月饼，就得减少其他主食的摄入。

“现在大部分月饼油大、糖多、热量高，吃月饼后，一天的饮食应以清淡为主，不能太油腻。”范志红提醒，一日三餐，如果早餐吃月饼，午餐和晚餐就要做到少油少糖。炒菜时油少放一些，油大的菜换一种烹调方法，爆炒改为凉拌，红烧换成清炖，一部分荤菜用蔬菜、水果代替。

“我推荐早上吃月饼。”范志红说，月饼油大、糖多，早上吃可以补充上午所需的能量，也不易发胖，同时搭配一些富含蛋白质的食物，如牛奶、豆浆，还可以加些水果。

月饼热量很大，如果当零食吃，要控制量，一次吃四分之一块。搭配饮料尽量不要配甜饮料，因为月饼已经太甜，不仅口味上发腻，而且增加糖摄入过量的问题。宜配无味的饮料，如新鲜茶水、淡豆浆和脱脂奶。

范志红提醒，一些特殊人群吃月饼需格外注意。对于糖尿病患者，要慎食无糖月饼。一些无糖月饼用糖醇类甜味剂，食用过多也可能带来腹泻反应。而且无糖月饼所含油脂并不少于普通月饼，热量仍然较高；高血脂、高胆固醇人群不宜选择肉馅、蛋黄馅月饼，这类月饼脂肪含量过高，可以选择五仁月饼，但也要控制食用量；控制体重的人更应少吃月饼，以免摄入过多热量。

I've been through my friend's (Eric) blog today and I found his previous topic named 'Friendship'.I don't know who's his friend Jasmine but I've been crying after I read what he wrote about his friend and it reminds me about my friend Mike who has been left aside by his families after he took drugs.He's a university student and tortured by his wife since long time ago by not providing him any sex life.

性交时发现避孕套破了应立即采取措施，防止怀孕。

避孕套破裂后最好的补救措施是服用抗孕药物。采用过小、过期或使用次数过多的避孕套性交，容易发生破裂。避孕套破裂后套内的精液流入阴道，如女方正处在排卵期，就有可能怀孕。所以，性交时发现避孕套破了应立即采取措施，防止怀孕。

首先，女方立即下床下蹲，让精液从阴道内流出，然后任选一种外用避孕药（如外用避孕膜、外用避孕片等）放入阴道深部，以杀死存留在阴道内的精子或使其失去活力。酸性环境不利于精子活动，如没有上述外用避孕药时，也可取10毫升食醋，加在半盆温水里坐浴，浸泡阴道数分钟，但效果不理想。

精子进入阴道后，有些精子可以在数分钟内通过子宫颈管进入子宫腔。也就是说，在采取上述措施前，可能已有部分精子进入宫腔，故仍有可能怀孕。

避孕套破裂后最好的补救措施是服用抗孕药物。目前常用的抗孕药物为53号探亲片，它的用法是，在避孕套破裂后立即服1片（最迟不超过12小时），以后在第2、3、4天晚上再各服l片。如没有53号探亲片，也可用短效18甲避孕片，每次服2片，每天服2次，共服2天。上还两种药物作为避孕套破裂后的补救使用，剂量都比较大，容易导致不良反应，故不宜常用。关键问题是防止避孕套发生破裂。

使用避孕套避孕的夫妇，最好备有l～2种抗孕药物，以防避孕套破裂后柬手无策，不知所措，造成精神紧张。

避孕套和避孕膏结合使用很有好处，即使避孕套破裂，避孕膏亦能起到避孕作用。

The new rules of engagement. With STI rates soaring, we reveal the stay-safe sexual health truths every woman needs to know now.

1. Get with the lingo

Chances are you’ve heard the terms STD and STI, but have you ever wondered what the difference is (and whether there even is one)? Clearing up the confusion, Jill Michelson, operations manager at Marie Stopes International (www.mariestopes.com.au) says, “Infection simply means that your body has a germ – such as a parasite, virus or bacteria – that can cause sickness.

An infected body does not necessarily have to have any symptoms or signs of the germ being present. A disease, however, means the infection is actually causing you to feel sick or to notice something is wrong.” Michelson also points out that the term STD refers only to infections that cause symptoms or problems – damage caused by an STI that has progressed. “Although all STDs are preceded by STIs, not all STIs result in the development of STDs.”

Put simply, STI is a much broader term than STD – where possible, it’s also the preferred term (nobody wants to have a disease – a stigmatising word – but an infection isn’t so bad). As Michelson warns, they’re equally important and neither should be viewed as being less or more dangerous; both need to be treated immediately. So, why should you care about sexual health lingo? Knowledge is power – and your body (and sex life!) will love you for it. Besides, knowing more about the “what ifs” of unsafe sex may just help to prevent them.

2. They’re going up… STI rates, that is

It’s estimated that one in eight people has an STI. Stats are collected and reported separately for each infection but they do have something in common – rates of infection are on the up. Kathy McNamee, chief medical officer from Sexual Health and Family Planning in Victoria says the most common way they’re passed on is through unprotected sex. “The important thing to remember is that the only way either can be prevented is by using condoms,” she adds.

Comparing past Chlamydia figures confirms this alarming trend. In 2007 there were almost 50,000 notifications of Chlamydia nationwide, while in 2000 there were less than 17,000 notifications. That’s right – the rate of diagnosis has almost tripled! That led us to ponder – why? “People could be becoming more careless when it comes to practicing safer sex, as well as more experimental, which may have resulted in the increase,” Michelson explains. “Advances in testing and increased testing have also led to an increase in notifications.”

The upshot? While many STIs, like Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea, are easily treated if diagnosed in the early stages, some can cause irregular or heavy periods, pelvic pain and even infertility if not addressed. So see your doctor if you think you could be at risk.

3. Some men lie about their sexual history

Sure, it’s disheartening, but it’s a fact that some men – and women – do hide things from their partners (confess, how many times have you hidden a new pair of shoes?). Now, the last thing you’re going to want is to be questioning your partner’s honesty but, as well as grilling him for details, taking precautionary measures can only be a good thing. “Some people do lie about it, so it’s important that you practice safe sex at all times and both have regular STI check-ups,” Michelson says. McNamee agrees: “Put yourself in a position to greatly decrease your risk of catching an STI.”

4. You could have one – and not know it!

STIs aren’t always easy to diagnose, so it’s possible that you, or your partner, could have an STI without even knowing it. Don’t freak out just yet – the secret is looking after your body in the same way you’d care for your car (cue regular services. Translate: STI tests). “Some STIs have no symptoms, so there is no way of telling that you have them unless you get regular STI check-ups,” Michelson says. Some STIs, however, do have obvious symptoms. “These can include change in the amount, odour or colour of vaginal discharge; bleeding in between periods and after sex, a burning sensation while urinating; pelvic pain; lumps or sores around the vulva,” explains McNamee.

“If you develop any of these symptoms that’s your warning sign and you need to get tested. Regardless, if you’re aged under 25 and have no worrying symptoms, you should have a yearly check (a urine test) for Chlamydia. It’s free and your GP or local sexual health centre can organise it for you.”

5. It doesn’t mean he’s cheated

Most people who contract STIs don’t have any symptoms, so don’t go jumping to conclusions too soon. “Your partner may have contracted it years ago and only recently realised that they had it (by coming up positive to a test), so it doesn’t necessarily mean he’s been unfaithful,” Michelson says. How did he get it? “Some STIs can be passed through skin-to-skin contact; others require contact with infected body fluids such as blood, saliva, vaginal secretions or semen.”

6. Yes, you can get one from oral sex

Ladies, you have been warned…but that’s not to say you should quit going downtown. The key is to remember to do so safely – with a condom.Just as well; according to the Durex Sexual Wellbeing survey (September 2007), 72% of Aussies use oral sex as a turn-on tactic – more popular than massages, erotic materials and sexual fantasies. “Theoretically, you can get any STI through unprotected oral sex; herpes would be one of the most common,” says McNamee.

Other possible STIs via oral sex are genital warts, Chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis and hepatitis B. And since we’re fans of equal opportunity, if you fancy a bit of oral yourself make sure a dental dam is used to act as a barrier between the vagina and mouth. Safe sex = less risk. And you gotta love that.

7. You have an STI, now what?

“It’s important to see your doctor or local sexual health centre as soon as you think you may be at risk,” Michelson advises. “You’ll have a chat with your doctor about your sexual history, a physical examination or test (blood, swab and/or urine samples) and then a follow-up appointment once the results come back.”

Your doctor will also discuss the best treatment options for your needs. McNamee advises contacting sexual health centres for information as well as making a list of questions to ask your doctor; find out as much information as possible so that you can share it with your current or future sexual partners.

8. Sex can become sexy again

Trust us, being diagnosed with an STI will not damage your sex life – or your personality. “STIs are very common; you aren’t the only person in the world who has one, so you shouldn’t feel embarrassed or nervous about it,” Michelson says. “As long as you’re open and honest with future partners about your sexual health and always take precautions there’s no reason why you can’t get back to enjoying yourself in the bedroom.”

Learning to enjoy sex again, post-diagnosis, is all part of the fun. Dr Vivienne Cass, clinical psychologist, sexual therapist and author of The Elusive Orgasm, says sensual massaging is a great way to re-create intimacy, particularly if sex is off limits for a while. “Buy some aromatic massage oils and take turns to massage each other,” she says. “As well as relaxing both people, it’s a great ‘connecting’ exercise.”

#1: Setting up house too quickly

Love lessons: It’s extremely common for couples to become very besotted, very quickly. The problem is, for the first three to 18 months of most relationships, people have their loved-up glasses on and can’t make practical, sensible decisions. They think moving in together after two weeks is a brilliant idea, as is buying a house full of yellow IKEA furniture!

“When we first meet, we are influenced by our need to hold onto that someone special,” says relationship psychologist Colleen Gray. “We don’t make time for the important conversations about what each other really want.” So what can you do? Also map out your ideas for the future to make sure you’re on the same page when it comes to things like family, career, travel and money. It may sound scary, but it’s better to know now than later.

#2: Making comparisons

Love lessons: There’s an old saying that, when we meet someone, we meet the people and experiences who have come before them. Dealing with exes, friends and family is just reality and we all need to be strong enough to handle that. “Everyone’s relationship is different and making comparisons is pointless,” says Gray.

“The binding glue of any relationship is friendship, interest, affection and enjoyment,” she adds. “You really have to focus on these four things and on the other person if you’re going to make your union work.” As they say, if the grass is always greener on other side of fence, water your own lawn!

#3: Spending 24/7 in each other’s pockets

Love lessons: Spending every minute of every day with someone is like indulging in good chocolate, fine wine and rich food – there’s only so much you can have at one time. After a while your appetite changes and you want to taste something different. “Human beings need space to think, take time out, do what they like doing, and recharge their batteries away from other’s expectations and demands,” says Gray. “Couples who work together in business usually say they just simply tire of the same conversations and have no respite from each other’s irritations.”

It’s flattering when someone wants to be with you all the time but giving your sole attention to anything isn’t healthy, so ensure you schedule time-out to get in touch with yourself and the rest of your life.

#4: Seeing everything from one side

Love lessons: There’s a famous line in the flick Dumb and Dumber where Jeff Daniels’ character says “I called her up, she gave me a bunch of crap about me not listening to her, or something, I don't know, I wasn't really paying attention.” Can’t we all relate to that? “Not listening to each other is a huge problem for many couples,” explains Gray. “They’re so busy defending their point of view and trying to make the other person agree with them that they forget to resolve the issue at hand.” Writing your thoughts down in a letter to your partner, talking through problems when you’re not angry and staying good humoured is key to having an equal relationship (and a full set of china!).

Don’t make mountains out of small issues; it takes a confident person to accept other people’s opinions, even when they don’t match their own, so work on being strong and self-assured.

#5: Forgetting to live in the moment

Love lessons: It’s not surprising that in a world where it can take you three hours to drive to work, the pressure cooker on our lives is well and truly smokin’! Time is a precious gift, which is why we should give it to those we love the most. “If you ask a couple who are feeling the strain what’s missing from their relationship, they will say time together, talking to each other, doing the things they enjoy doing and having kid-free time,” says Gray. “Most people sacrifice ‘couple time’ first when they should be doing the exact opposite.”

Her tip? Try to see your partner as your first saw them – remember how they looked, felt, smelt – it will re-ignite your passion for them. We all commit relationship mistakes, the trick to a love-filled life is putting the time into overcoming them.

This cat is 'Mimi'(means kitty in chinese) and he belongs to my mom,the right one is my another pet named 'Kang Kang'(means healthy in chinese) when he's just 2 weeks old.

Please don't ever think that cats always get bullied by dogs cos my mom's pet,Mimi,always use his paw n scratch my puppy's face n bite their tail like playing rope.When 1st Mimi came to my house,my puppy not yet delivered.Although my puppy is not as good type as those selling at pets shop,they got their own special charactor too.Mimi's health is not so good since he 1st came with his another friend which passed away (but I don't know the reason why the cat passed away) and my mom feed him with Vitarite everyday (which cost RM110 per bottle) and now he's always hungry n hunting for food for the whole day but still the size is so tiny n mini.

Xiao Huang and Mimi's mom is Bibi and we adopted her since last 2 years.There's once she deliver at my neighbour's house and they chase her out from the house just after the delivery.Although we human cannot understand our pet but I can see her tears in her eyes telling that she misses he baby so much.And the 2nd delivery,the babies was caught by indian neighbour and play like doll.I wish that I can go and take back the puppy but my dad stopped me as some indians are very bad and they might hurt me if I do so.Luckily the 3rd delivery I got the chance to protect her 6 babies.2 has been given out to my friend who really take cares of them and now 3 left at my home but 1 has been stolen by someone.

I'm really worried about all these pets in my house as they're really very naughty and mischevious.I hope that this 'Pet's War' won't happen between them.
